45 minutes of blissful Yoga Nidra guided meditation. What is Yoga Nidra? It’s a type of meditation that can be traced back as far as 1000BC.
You can expect to get super comfy with bolsters and blankets and then our guest Yoga Nidra expert Amanda from The Sunday Mind will take you through a guided mediation. You’ll start with breath work and go through steps to clear your mind and focus your consciousness on different parts of your body to help you gain the necessary awareness of your body and relaxed state of being.
You’ll find yourself sink into a deep state somewhere between wakefulness and sleep. Leave feeling completely mentally refreshed, relaxed and refocussed.
