    A 50-minute program plus 10-minutes allocated to connect with your Instructor on all things Pregnancy Apparatus. Utilising the Pilates Arc, Chair or Fitball as well as other Pilates small apparatus, our Pregnancy Apparatus classes are creative, flowing, restorative and strengthening.

  • PREGNANCY REFORMER.

    A 50-minute program plus 10-minutes allocated to connect with your Instructor on all things Pregnancy Reformer. Enjoy a glowing Pilates Reformer workout tailored especially to the needs of your Pregnancy journey.

  • Barre Attack

    Our Barre Attack classes are also pregnancy safe!
    Barre is sweaty and fun, is a fusion of dance, Pilates and functional fitness, is low impact cardio with awesome tunes and will make you long and lean. A dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet and functional fitness, Barre is the perfect cardio complement to your Pilates training mix. No dance or Pilates experience is required to participate!
